Yasmine Tabatabai is a respected litigation and trial attorney routinely handling a variety of civil litigation cases on behalf of individual and business clients. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Ms. Tabatabai has extensive experience in a wide variety of matters, including plaintiff and defense claims, business litigation, real estate litigation, breach of contract actions, purchase and sale disputes, fraud & non-disclosure cases, slander of title, business torts, dual agency conflicts, premises liability, serious bodily injury, and hospital medical malpractice claims. She is well-versed in evaluating complex legal issues and a tenacious advocate in all aspects of high-stakes litigation. She has recovered vast successful results on behalf of her clients and, notably, has defeated hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of claims made against her clients.

Ms. Tabatabai also devotes part of her practice to transactional real estate law, advising principals in all aspects of purchases and sales of residential and commercial properties. She has extensive experience in real estate transactions and routinely handles negotiations from the initial offer to close of escrow. She has served as general counsel to buyers, sellers, investors, developers, escrow companies, real estate brokers, and real estate agents. Ms. Tabatabai has handled over hundreds of real estate transactions and successful closings to date. This experience gives her an edge in handling real estate litigation matters, including broker malpractice, commission, and dual agency claims.

As an undergraduate, Ms. Tabatabai attended the University of California, Los Angeles and received a Bachelor’s degree cum laude with additional College Honors in 2014. She then pursued a legal education at the University of West Los Angeles and earned her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2017. While she was there, Ms. Tabatabai earned numerous awards including the Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in Trial Advocacy, Evidence, and Contracts. She immediately thereafter began practicing law at the age of 25.

She is currently a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, California Young Lawyers Association, and Litigation Committee of the Young Lawyer’s Division for the American Bar Association.
